Introduction

Plant parasitic nematode is a kind of nematode that can parasitic on various tissues of plants, make plants stunted and transmit other plant pathogens while infecting the host, causing plant disease symptoms. With the development of agriculture, forestry and ecology, they are receiving increasing attention from botanists.

With the advent of the era of genomics, the genome sequencing work in the Plant Parasitic Nematodes has been greatly promoted and produced a huge amount of data. So far, there are 7 species of genomes, gene coding sequences, protein sequences, various annotation information, expression data and miRNA data in the Plant Parasitic Nematodes database and configured with BLAST, JBrowse and synteny analysis tool.

In the future, we hope that the Portal of Plant parasitic nematode will become a center hub for the study of the Plant parasitic nematode and lead the research work of the Plant parasitic nematode worldwide.
