Gene Family Search Panel

Gene search function requires a gene family name or a Pfam ID(Hmm acc) input for the query task. Also can click “↓” to make a selection. The "↓" button will display a random set of 50 members, including the family name and Pfam ID. The result includes a set of gene list. You are free to download them in FASTA format.
